Ms. Bertha Osorio-Campbell
Osorio-Campbell is a compassionate and dedicated nurse practitioner serving men and women in South Florida. She was born in Nicaragua and moved to Miami at the age of 4, where education has always been her growing foundation. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Ms. Campbell earned her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Florida Atlantic University and is nationally board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She worked for over 9 years as a registered nurse caring for adults and premature infants in the intensive care unit as well as teaching nursing students prior to becoming an advanced practice nurse.
Ms. Campbell has specialties in functional/integrative medicine, anti-aging, and hormone replacement, which she acquired from work experience, educational training programs and her own research. Her love for whole person health was instilled early on from her grandmother who always used natural herbs to heal. She also lost over 160 pounds utilizing a functional medicine approach. Because of this she has gained a reputation among her peers and colleagues for being devoted to improving the overall health of her patients by treating each person as a whole and caring for their individual needs. She is adept at treating a variety of conditions– from hormonal imbalance to intestinal and gut disorders– with a focus on preventative and natural remedies to achieve optimum wellbeing. Ms. Campbell has also studied extensively the field of medical aesthetics, which includes the use of injectables, lasers and skin resurfacing treatments.
Outside of work, Ms. Campbell loves spending time with her family and friends, which includes a 21 year old son and an 11 month old baby girl who she had as a solo mom by choice in April of this year.
